The program lasts an average of 4 months and begins with discussing a tailored approach for your basketball club. Afterward, NGGB recruits girls from local elementary schools (grades 5/6/7) to play basketball after school. There will be 8 to 10 training sessions at the club, led by a professional female coach and assistant coaches. Upon completion, a new girls' team will transition to your club.
